# COMPANY_SUSPENDED

> 403 — the API key's company, or a company above it, is suspended or not active.

**HTTP status:** `403` · **Code:** `COMPANY_SUSPENDED` (token endpoint); `CompanySuspended` (every other endpoint)

## Example

```json theme={null}
{
  "type": "AUTHORIZATION",
  "code": "COMPANY_SUSPENDED",
  "description": "The company this API key belongs to is not active.",
  "requestId": "0HNP2MAV4BUCG:00000001",
  "docUrl": "https://docs.telemax.com.au/errors/company-suspended"
}
```

## Cause

The company the API key belongs to is suspended or otherwise not active, or a company above it is. The token endpoint refuses to issue tokens and returns the response above.

Tokens issued before the suspension are refused by every other endpoint, with a different body that has no `type`, `requestId` or `docUrl`:

```json theme={null}
{
  "code": "CompanySuspended",
  "message": "The company has been suspended. Please contact your administrator."
}
```

## What to do

Contact [Telemax support](https://telemax.com.au/contact/). Requests succeed again once the company is reactivated.

See [Error handling](/v2/errors) for the full error model.
